She was predeceased by: her husband Dorris Wayne Caldwell; her parents, Henry Claude and Lillie Mai Deason Beard; and her siblings, James Walter "J. W." Beard, John Edward "Johnny" Beard and Minnie Florence Beard Langford.
She is survived by: her children, Claudia Lynn Caldwell Sawyer (Phillip), Dorris Gregory Caldwell and Dana Michelle Caldwell Traffanstedt (Ted); her sisters, Clara Lillian Beard O'Neal (Joe) and Donna Louise Beard; her grandsons, Elijah Wayne Sawyer, William Phillip Sawyer, Wyatt Will Traffanstedt and Garrett Wayne Traffanstedt; and her sisters-in-law, Ela Mai Smith Caldwell and Tanya Lynn Reed Beard.
