She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde York and Florence York; and her brother Jim York (Thomas C. Puckett). She is survived by: her spouse Thomas C. Puckett; and her grandchildren, Cate Puckett, Reagan Puckett, Bennet and York Puckett.
