She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Evans; and her parents, George Benick and Rose Benick. She is survived by: her children, Michael Evans (Joanne) of Albuquerque, NM and Lisa Annan of Franklin, TN.; her granddaughters, Holly and Shelby Annan; and her great grandchildren, Clara and Amelia.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
