Lois Beverly Peterka Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 3, 2024, Lois Beverly Peterka of Franklin, Tennessee, born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Higby and Ida (Fred Schaub); her husband Charles Joseph Peterka, Jr.; her children, Sandy Peterka and Charles F. Peterka; her siblings, Joann Higby, Lita Grissom and Fred Schaub; and her brother-in-law Louis Vintika.

She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Kayla Densmore and Kaylani Payne; her children, Tom Peterka (Deby) of Varna, IL, Joe Peterka (Lindsey) of Lebanon, TN, Bonnie Wiencek (Tom) of Franklin, TN and Judy Hartig (Rich) of Minooka, IL; and her sister Carol Vintika of Island Lake, IL. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, thirty-four great-grandchildren and nine great-great grandchildren.
