He is survived by: his wife Renea Hazelwood Padgett; his son Randy Padgett (Jessica); his stepson Jake Neal (Holly); his grandchildren, Austin, Dylan, Hunter and Aubree; his sisters, Valarie Padgett, Libby Padgett and Jan Anderson; his father-in-law Billy Hazelwood; and his brother-in-law Harold Hazelwood (Dreama).
