She is survived by: her husband Gene Johnson; her daughters, Callie Cottrell and Mattie Naylor (Rob); her siblings, William Smith (Darlene), Donnie Smith, Roy Smith (Brenda), Christopher Johnson (Pam), Michael Smith, Randy Smith, Carol Engle, Evelyn Mack (Woods), Linda Samsig (Paul), Elaine Sorensen (Matt), Laurie Johnson (Rex) and Judy Smith; and her grandsons, Benjamin Gallagher, Nicholas Cottrell and Jake Naylor.
