With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Julie Elizabeth Palmer (Franklin, Tennessee), who passed away on January 6, 2024 at the age of 51. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Palmer and Judy Palmer. She is survived by: her daughter Amber Nacole Anglin; her sister Lisa Talley; her niece Elizabeth Capps (family: Wesley Talley); and her friends, Heather Wells and Diane Hightower Hickey.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
