It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Wilburn Locke of Franklin, Tennessee, who passed away on August 15, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Jeffery Allen Locke; his parents, Albert Davis Locke and Stella Myatt Locke; and his grandparents, Constable Samuel Claybrooks Locke and Beatrice Hendricks Locke.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Clifton Locke; his children, Jason Locke (Tammy Locke) and Julie Bautista-Locke; his grandsons, Nathan Locke (Kelsey Locke), Dillon Locke, James Locke, Jeffery Bautista-Locke and Jonathan Bautista-Locke; and his sisters, Edna Berrett and Louise Childress.
