He is survived by: his siblings, James Otey, Robert Otey (Connie), Joe Otey, Sam Starnes (Patricia), Reverend J. W. Davis (Tonyette), Melanie Otey, Laura S. Johnson (James) and Linda Brown; and his aunt Katherine Lee. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
