Andrews (Dana Humphrey), Casey Rosenthal (Adam), Matthew Young and Bradley Andrews; his brother Philip Andrews, Jr. (Gina); his grandchildren, Ethan, Andrew Stoltz, Emma Hensley, Jacob, Josh, Jackson Andrews, Bella, Brooklyn, Finn, Jax Rosenthal and Cainan Young; his uncle Curtis Carlisle (Margaret); and his aunt Faye Rice. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
