He is survived by: his wife Nell Vaughn Henderson; his sons, John Henderson III (Raiko) of Lexington and Loyd Henderson (Amy) of Berkeley; his sister Peggy Macpherson (Iain) of Franklin; his grandchildren, Tai, Sydney, Drew, Pier Henderson of Berkeley, Sarah, Michael, Samuel and Rebecca Henderson of Lexington; his stepchildren, Kendall Broadbent of Nashville and Anne Hargis (Michael) of Lexington; his stepgrandchildren, Caroline Smith (Jay), Lucy and Bradley Hargis of Lexington; and his nieces, Laurel Aiello of Franklin and Heather Peters (David) of Hendersonville, TN.. He is also survived by his family and friends.
