He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mickaylo and Mary Mickaylo; and his brother Robert Mickayl. He is survived by: his wife Carol Pirtz Mickaylo; his daughters, Joelle Mickaylo Polisky (William) of Franklin, TN and Jennifer Mickaylo Passannante (Louis) of Georgetown, DE; his sister Marilyn Koller; his grandchildren, Zachary, Mickayla, Aliya Polisky, Vincent (Britteny), Danielle (Michael) and Nicholas Passannante; his great grandchildren, Iliana Passannante, Michael Legg, Kane and Damien Passannante; and his sister-in-law Peg Mickayl. He is also survived by five nephews and one niece.
