He was predeceased by: his parents, William Arthur Crabtree and Bonnie Garrett; his wife Syble Reavis; his son Dennis Joe Crabtree; and his siblings, William A. Crabtree, Jr., Calvin Bush Crabtree and Sara Emma Cox.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Robyn C. Kerstiens (Stephen); his great grandchild Baker Joseph Kerstiens; and his siblings, Frances (Raymond), James F. (Sue) and Harold P. (Carol).
