She is survived by: her daughter Heather Brielle "Bree" Maddox of Franklin, TN; her parents, Michael Newsom (Kimberly) of Goodlettsville, TN and Ava Taylor (Mark) of Franklin, TN; her siblings, Brandon Winters (Amy) of Hendersonville, TN, Misty Campbell (James) of Franklin, TN and Tara Schaffer (Billy) of Brentwood, TN; and her stepsiblings, Aaron Taylor (Brittany), Andrea VanFleet (TJ) and Alissa Long (Brandon) of Summertown, TN. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials will be graciously accepted to Bree's Education fund.
