He was predeceased by: his parents, Winston Nathaniel Jarrett and Christine "Teeny" Wright Jarrett. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Jarrett; his children, Jerry Jarrett, Jr., Jeff Jarrett (Karen), Jennifer Mathews (Tate) and Jason Jarrett (Lindi); his grandchildren, Harper, Carter, Joslyn, Jaclyn, Kyra, Jeryn, Kody, Jackson, Jenna, Judson, Ava, Blakely and Jude; his great grandchild Blakely; and his sister Carolyn Elam.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Jerry's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
