He is survived by: his wife Betty Vaughn of Franklin, TN; his children, T. D. Vaughn (Tammy) of Franklin, TN, Robin A. Vaughn of Sparta, TN and Kellye L. Hayes (Doug); his granddaughter Kasey R. Miller; and his great grandchild Addi Rose Miller.
