With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James King of Franklin, Tennessee, born in Nashville, Tennessee, who passed away on July 10, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, German King and Bessie King; his wife Reba Louise Ingram King; his siblings, J. T. King (Elizabeth) and Jane Raines (Thomas); and his brother-in-law Gary Leon Claiborne, Sr..
He is survived by: his children, James Allen "Bubba" King (Audrey) of Cornersville, TN and Regina King of Spring Hill, TN; his siblings, O. N. King (Katherine) of Ethridge, TN and Linda King Claiborne of Fairview, TN; his grandchildren, Taylor King, Katelyn Sheperd and Becky Rutledge (Josh); his great grandchildren, Emma Grace Rutledge, Lennox Sheperd and Dallas King; and his pet Charlie. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
