It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Edward Vachuska of Franklin, Tennessee, born in Jackson, Minnesota, who passed away on May 13, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Vachuska and Emma Vachuska; and his siblings, Arlene Splinter of Vallejo, CA and Vernon Vachuska of Jackson, MN.. He is survived by: his wife Fay Benton Vachuska; his children, Cindy Vachuska of Franklin and James; his sister Doris Palmer of Worthington, MN; his brother-in-law Joseph Benton of Lithonia, GA.; and his friends, Bill, Melba Dagy of Grove, OK, Bob, Ernie Greenslate of West Chester, OH, Todd Drake of Franklin, TN, Steve Whetstone of Hudson, FL and Dennis Fox of Oklahoma City, OK.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
