He is survived by: his children, Gage Howell (Cassidy Moore), Levi Howell (Madalyn Dawson), Colton Howell (Alyssa) and Zane Howell; his sister Donni Murphy (Robert); his nephews, Kacey Crist (Daisy) and Cody Howell (Madison); his niece Remington Howell; his great-nephews, Kooper Crist and Bodee Crist; and his girlfriend Tabitha Raines. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
