It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harry Jefferson Steffans of Franklin, Tennessee, born in Appomattox, Virginia, who passed away on October 17, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Agnes; his daughters, Velia Buchanan of Bethel, Viva Steffans of Silverthorne, CO and Susan Poore (Don) of Franklin, TN; and his grandchildren, Ben Buchanan (Lori), Jessie Buchanan, Stacey Creasey (Brett), Jeremy Graves (Lina) and Lesleigh Burton (Mike). He is also survived by 10 great- grandchildren.
