He is survived by: his sons, Troy Perry (Jeanne) of Ohio and Todd Perry of Ohio; his grandchildren, Tyler Perry of Ohio, Maddie Perry of Ohio, Samantha Perry of Florida and Kayla Perry of Kentucky; the mother of his children Denise Perry of Ohio; and his close friend Lynda Stroh of Tennessee.
