It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gwendolyn Lampley of Franklin, Tennessee, who passed away on February 21, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ommer Lampley; her parents, Moses Carlisle and Lola Carlisle; and her siblings, Garland Carlisle, Gilman Carlisle, Gertie Byrd and Gratis Meacham.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Lampley (Mary) of Lilburn, GA and Judy Gibbs of Goodlettsville, TN; her brother German Carlisle (Sue); and her grandchildren, Lydia Gillespie (Alex), John Lampley (Robyn) and Jason Gibbs. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the Heritage Church of Christ.
