He was predeceased by: his parents, E. E. "Jack" Parham and Allene Parham; his wife Ruth Parham; and his sisters, Nancy Johnston and Marie Earp.
He is survived by: his children, Gena Brunger (Jackson) and Gerald Parham, Jr.; his sister Linda Lampley (Daniel); his grandchildren, Kevin Brunger (Crae), Jonathan Brunger (Jenni), Erin Thayer (Geof), Zachariah Parham, Isaiah Parham (Suzanne), Davy Kotsch (Leesha), Daniel Kotsch (Megan) and Dillon Kotsch; and his great grandchildren, Gemma, Fiona Brunger, Finley, Eric Brunger, Simon, Soraya Thayer, Maya Evans, Mia, Brennen, Kye Kotsch, Kinley, Brice Kotsch, Lily and Dawson Kotsch.
