He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Elizabeth Anderson Harper and Eugene Harper; his son Jeremy Michael Curtis; his sister Judy Gayle Curtis Wray; and his nephews, Richard Lee Wray and Jonathan Eugene Rayburn.
He is survived by: his siblings, Tony Curtis (Annette), Janet "Sis" Burke (David), Jeannie Marie Harper and Elaine Keith (James); his sister-in-law Dorothy Bizwell (John); and his nieces and nephews, Johnny Bizwell, Jason Bizwell (Terri Lynn), Michael Curtis (Ambrea), Heather Beard (Max), Courtney Curtis, Alyssa Keheay, Amanda Rayburn, Kim Wray and Nicole Wray.
