Frances Woodall Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Woodall (Franklin, Tennessee), born in Greenwood, Mississippi, who passed away on January 12, 2022, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Davis Barnwell and Martha Kimbrough Barnwell. She is survived by: her husband David Britton "Britt" Woodall, Jr.; her daughter Katherine Grace Woodall Morgan; her son-in-law Andrew Morgan; her son David Britton Woodall, III (Anne Carney Raines); and her siblings, Helen Hall (Greg) and Allan Barnwell (Rachael). She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
