She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Beddingfield and Myrtle Beddingfield; her husband Willie "Dub" Collins; her daughter-in-law Pat Collins; and her siblings, Cleveland Beddingfield, Clara Towery and Marie Fuqua.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Collins of Springfield, TN and Melba Beasley (Gary) of Spring Hill, TN; her grandchildren, Beverly Platt (Greg), Kevin Beasley (Angie), Clint Collins (Kim) and Amy Frank; her caregivers, Merlene Brice, Tina Anglin and Patti Watkins; and her close friends, Jean Crouch and Tootie Hagan. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
