We are sad to announce that on December 18, 2022, at the age of 78, Elmer Marvin Padgett Jr. of Franklin, Tennessee, born in Nashville, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Marvin Padgett, Sr. and Ruth Groom Padgett. He is survived by: his wife Jean Nichols Padgett; his children, Patrick Padgett, Heather Kennedy (Ewan) and Timothy Padgett (Emmalee); his grandchildren, Campbell Padgett (Joy) and Stevie Padgett; and his great grandchildren, Penelope Padgett, Salomae Aguinaga and Evangeline Aguinaga.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Christ Presbyterian Academy, 2323 A Old Hickory Blvd, Nashville TN 37215.
