He is survived by: his wife Carolyn (Humphrey); his children, Candy Sakarapanee (Steve) of Mt Juliet, TN and Eddie Jackson, Jr. (Heather) of Franklin, TN; his grandchildren, Sebastian Sakarapanee (Kathy), Logan Sakarapanee, Trip Jackson and Rhett Jackson; his sister Vianne Heithcock (Doris); and his aunt Pearl Espinoza. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws, and dear friends.
