He is survived by: his caregivers, Pam, Ardalia and Tommy; his wife Virginia McKarem Stevens; his children, Karen Kreager (Bill) and Greg Stevens (Courtney); his grandchildren, Catherine Adkins (Gable), Steven Kreager (Raquel), Annie Stevens and Alex Stevens; and his great grandchild Calum Kreager.
