He is survived by: his wife Tari Herman; his daughter Lindsay Hartman (Zach); his siblings, Jeff, Bruce Herman and Susan Meyer (Dale); his nieces and nephews, Haley, Austin Herman, Riley and Casie Sawyer; his parents-in-law, Charles and Charlotte Sawyer; and his siblings-in-law, Tami Daley (Ray) and Chip Sawyer (Alisa).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Alive Hospice Nashville or the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
