She is survived by: her daughter Kelly Sullivan Merz (Brian) of Franklin, TN; her grandchildren, Kaylin Merz Sewell (Trey) of Springhill, TN and Dylan Sullivan Merz (Becca) of Springhill, TN; her great grandchild Kinsley Grace Sewell; and her siblings, Dean Duke (Dixie) of San Angelo, TX, Russell Duke (Naomi) of Manchester, TN and Wanda Duke King (Clayton) of Franklin, TN..
