With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darrel Edward Reifschneider (Franklin, Tennessee), who passed away on October 4, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Darrel Edward leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Darrel Edward may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He is survived by: his wife Lola; his children, Dale (Larney) and Jill (Neil); and his grandchildren, Brandon (Keri), Chad (Katie) and Laurel (Chris).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Mountain Ways Foundation at http://www.mountwaystn.org to help those affected by the recent floods in East TN and Western NC caused by Hurricane Helene or to St Andrews Lutheran Church in memory of Darrel Reifschneider.
