With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Christine B. Billings of Franklin, Tennessee, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on December 23, 2022 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Earl Bowry; and her sisters, Katherine Janet Bowry and Wendy Louise Wasey. She is survived by: her husband Richard Billings of Franklin, TN; her children, Justin Billings (Christie) of Franklin, TN and Morgan Billings of Franklin, TN; her stepson Mitch Kocak (Lori) of Pulaski, TN; her siblings, Earl Bowry (Jenny) of Hopkinsville, KY and Linda Osteen of Hopkinsville, KY; her grandchildren, Austin Billings, Skylar Valdez, Landon Valdez, Richard Kocak and Madelyn Kocak; and her pet Sugar.
