With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Powers Johnson of Franklin, Tennessee, who passed away on August 10, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowry Powers and Claudie Powers; her brothers, Pat Powers, Sr., Lowry Powers, Jr. and Kenneth Powers, Sr.; and her grandson Ryan Case.
She is survived by: her caregivers, Eloise, Yolanda, Cathy and Tammie; her daughters, Denise Case (Jeff) of Mineral Wells, TX and Debbie Butner (Clif) of Franklin, TN; her grandchildren, Christen Abernathy (Brad), Ellie Herpeche (James), Abbey Juliano (Thomas) and Patrick Butner; her great grandchildren, Riley, Sam, Hayden, Burke and Emmalyn; and her sister Donna Murrey (Bill) of Ooltewah, TN. She is also survived by many loving nieces & nephews.
Memorials may be made to Sarah Cannon Cancer Center, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the Historic Franklin Presbyterian Church.
