He was predeceased by: his father Carl Edward. He is survived by: his son Justin (Kayla); his siblings, Mike, Jim and Nancy Simmons (Jimmy); and his granddaughter Peyton. He is also survived by Brothers and Harper Brothers, and many more cousins, nieces, and nephews.
