He is survived by: his son Holden Spencer Neil; his brother David C. Neil, Jr. (Dora); his nieces and nephews, Chris Neil, Derek Neil, Heather Neil Young (Broderick) and Meredith Neil Gehrke (Mark); his great-nephew Hutton Young; his great-nieces, Ann-Claire Young, Ella Neil and Mclayne Neil; and his friend Sherry Renfroe Neil.
