He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyman Gage and Pearl Gage; his wife Charlene Gail Gage; his brother Ronnie Gage; and his great grandchild Amelia Bean.

He is survived by: his sons, Gregory Gage (Nancy), Stanley Gage (Chandra) and Travis Gage (Carla); and his sister Martha Carolyn Plunk. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made in Bill's memory to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital.
