She was predeceased by: her parents, Preston Taylor and Sarah Taylor; her husband Johnny G. Capley; her son Anthony Capley; her grandson Marty Capley; her siblings, Clarence Taylor, Buddy T. Taylor, Robbie Capley, Minnie Taylor, Lucille Chunn, Nettie Ragsdale Wills and Anna Mae Marlin; and her daughter-in-law Delana Capley.
She is survived by: her children, Johnny Ray Capley of Nolensville, TN, Vickie Whaley (Bob) of Murfreesboro, TN, Larry Capley of Franklin, TN, Gary Capley (Mike Vaughn) of Nashville, TN and Vannessia Crook (Chuck) of Gallatin, TN; and her grandchildren, Shane Capley (Page), Christopher Capley, Tammy Monaghan (Rob), James Gamble, Bryan Capley, Celisa Merkel (Zach), Kimberly Hardin (Corey) and Cody Crook (Joleta). She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
