It is with great sadness that we announce the death of August Walchak Jr. of Franklin, Tennessee, born in Plainfield, New Jersey, who passed away on August 13, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brothers, Alfred Walchak and Martin Walchak. He is survived by: his wife Connie Lipscomb; his daughters, Cathy Wynn Shelton (Scott) of Hoover, AL, Claire Ann Meador of Bowling Green, KY and Patty Walchak Wright (Chris) of Nashville, TN; and his sister Suzanne Walchak Dowd. He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great grandsons.
