He was predeceased by: his parents, James Floyd and Viola 'Tot Flynt Pitts; his brother-in-law Elgie Mullins; and his nephews, Tim Mullins and Brad Mullins.
He is survived by: his pets, Abby and Beau; his wife Teri Marty Pitts of Flintville; his children, Ben Pitts (Mallory) of Mulberry, Lindsey Smith (Stacy) of Mulberry, Robin Perry of Flintville and Lynsey Phelps (Matt) of Flintville; his grandchildren, Hunter Pitts, Riley Pitts, Taylor Pitts, Noah Patterson, Wyatt Patrick, Weston Smith, Loxley Smith, Katelyn Stout, Maddie Stout and Avery Phelps; his sister Janie Mitchell (Wesley) of Fayetteville; and his mother-in-law Irene Marty of Flintville.
