He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Arnold and Cee Hall; and his wife Willa Jean Hall. He is survived by: his children, Joe Hall, Jr. (Charlotte Mitts), Jack Williams (Tricia), Debbie Gifford (Randy) and Pam Farmer (Tracy); and his grandchildren, Emma Hall, Kristen Noah (James), Rebekah Hardiman (Caleb), Kendall Richardson (Parks), Chelsea Ladd (Adam), Brandi Halcomb (Stephen), Blake Farmer (Ariel), Jackson Williams (Tara), Justin Williams, Shelby Williams, Shiann Williams, Trey Stubblefield, Kelly Mitts and Rebecca Mitts. He is also survived by eighteen Great Grandchildren and one Great-Great Grandchild.
