He was predeceased by: his parent Emmett Milton. He is survived by: his parent Jessie Lee Tanner Franklin; and his siblings, Kathy Franklin Barnett of Fayetteville, TN and Steve Franklin (Brenda) of Fayetteville, TN. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
