It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Giep of Flag Pond, Tennessee, born in New London, Connecticut, who passed away on October 24, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Giep and Naomi Wright Giep; and his sister Jeannie. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Moore Giep; his children, John W. Giep, Jr. (Susan), Mark Giep and Deborah L. Giep (Debbie Freeman); and his grandchildren, Nicholas Giep (Cheyenne), Alex Giep (Sonya), Mark Giep, Jr., Christopher Tate Giep, Shane Giep, Tabatha Dyer and Notasha Gautro. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
