She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper Tipton and Bonnie Cutshall Tipton; her husband Offie Silvers; her son David Tipton; and her siblings, Wayne, Hoy Tipton, Katheryn Rice and Novella "Ollie" Black.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lib Woodward and Jeannette Porter (Larry); her brothers, Vernon Tipton, Dallas Tipton and Blake Tipton; her daughter-in-law Dottie Tipton; her brother-in-law Edgar Rice; and her friends, Amber, Reva, Fay, Shirley, Torraina, Candace, Greg, Robbie and Eileen. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
