He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Sparks and Bethel Sparks (Shelton); and his siblings, Inas, Faye, Geneva, Dallas and Clarence.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Sparks; his children, Vicki Perry (Shawn) of Blountville, Stuart Sparks (Shelley) of Gray and Ben Sparks of Flag Pond; his grandchildren, Adam Pritchard, Aaron Pritchard and Katie Sparks; his brother Donald Sparks (Margie); and also Many.
