He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Landon Rice and Elva Randolph Rice; his wife Fushie Axie Riddle Rice; his son Charles Daniel Rice; and his siblings, Orville, Lester, Lonnie, DJ Rice and Agnes Price.
He is survived by: his son Jason Donald Rice; his grandson Christopher Charles Rice; and his sister Angie Shelton (Allen) of Lakeland, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
