She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Tripp and Clessie Burleson Tripp; her husband Herbert Junior "Herb" Mosley; her son-in-law George Thornton; and her sisters, Margaret Garland, Florine Haddock, Thelma Pope and Velma Hood.

She is survived by: her children, Pam Thornton of Five Points, TN and Jeff Mosley of Five Points, TN; her pet Jack; and her sisters, Ruth Clark of Henryville, TN and Dorothy White of Loretto, TN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
