He was predeceased by: his parents, C. T. Whitehead and Erma Lee Norris Whitehead; and his son Scotty Oller. He is survived by: his wife Johnnie Wood Whitehead; his children, Shawn Oller, David Oller Russellville, Sherry Roberts, Elisha Ray (Jeff) and Teresa Wicka (Bob); and his brothers, JD Whitehead (Maralee) and Charles Lee Whitehead Arp (Ottie). He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren 18 Grandchildren.
