He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde C. Asher and Gladys M. Johnson Asher; and his brother Clay Asher. He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Dewayne Asher (Brandi) of Newbern, Chad Everette Asher (Tennie) of Newbern, Justin Kent Asher (Ashley) of Finley, Tennessee and Renee White of Miston, Tennessee; and his brothers, David Dewayne Asher of Dyersburg and Mark Asher (Sherry) of Finley, Tennessee. He is also survived by six sisters.
