It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Elaine Winters of Finley, Tennessee, born in Qulin, Missouri, who passed away on May 7, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Murrow Sanderson and Jettie Riggs Sanderson; her sisters, Nellie Mae Lewis, Brenda Burk and Mardell Sanderson; and her nephew Jeff Blackburn.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Gene Winters; her daughters, Charlotte Dombrowski (Terry) and Sherry Asher (Mark); her sister-in-law Linda Barham; her grandchildren, Dylan Haycraft (Janey), Tucker Haycraft (Ashley), Lynn Davis and Laynie Davis; her great grandchildren, Rafe Haycraft, Cayden Cole, Kase-Lynn Dunn, Case Dunn and Jaxon Harris; and her nieces and nephews, Bud Sanderson (Teresa), John Sanderson, Neal Lewis (Angie), Chucky Burk (Cindy), David Phillips-Burk (Pam), Gina Bernard (Mike), Pat Mann (Mike), Michelle Moody (Stacy) and Terry Brown (Jerry).
